Abstract:	限制理論供應鏈補貨機制實際應用於工廠時，在考慮工廠產能限制下，當遭遇到需求數量增加而必須拉長補貨(換線)頻率時，由於補貨(換線)頻率與補貨(生產)量互為因果，故會對其他商品之產能造成排擠現象，這問題使得工廠及整個供應鏈會面臨不可測之風險。為了提供可行之解決方法，以強化目前這套機制之不足，本研究首先提出了對補貨頻率拉長之可承受衝擊與產能排擠大小影響之評估方法，其次再提出過渡補貨頻率之規劃方法，最後並以一個案說明這些方法的應用及可行性。 TOC-SCRS is a replenishment method of the TOC supply chain solution.
