    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解國中橄欖球代表隊選手對教練管理行為之研究。研究對象為參加100年第65屆全國橄欖球錦標賽國中組橄欖球選手共231位，並以「國中橄欖代表隊選手對教練管理行為量表」作為研究工具，實施問卷調查，研究結果顯示：一、國中橄欖球代表隊選手對教練管理行為認知程度皆達中上程度，以訓練計畫目標的訂定」層面之同意程度最高，「增進溝通與互動」層面之同意程度次之，而「要求自我約束」層面之同意程度最低。二、不同人口統計變項之國中橄欖代表隊選手對教練管理行為認知程度之同意程度，皆未達顯著差異(p<.05)。
