    Abstract: 本研究以臺中市國民小學為例,利用問卷調查方式,以Kano二維模式分析教務行政服務對級任導師而言品質屬性歸類狀況,並利用Matzler and Hinterhuber的品質改善指標計算增加滿意係數及消除不滿意係數。研究結果顯示本研究之32項教務行政服務品質中,有4項一維品質、2項必須品質、20項無差異品質及6項魅力品質。期望教務處可依本研究結果,提供更符合教師需求之服務。
