    Abstract: 教師工作滿意度相關研究大多指出,級任教師工作滿意度低於兼任行政教師,但級任教師的教學態度與學生學習息息相關。所謂「有滿意的員工,才有滿意的顧客」,若將此觀念應用於教育系統中,若教師對行政支援的服務感到不滿意,學生的學習權益可能會受到影響。
    我國的國民小學行政處室主要分為教務處、訓導處、總務處以及輔導處,其中教務行政與教師教學工作密不可分。教務工作為學校行政事務之首,在學校教育中扮演極為的重要角色。為了提升教學效能,改善教務行政服務品質、提高教師對教務行政服務的滿意度為當務之急。
    本研究以臺中市烏日區某國小
