Abstract:	消防防災是建築中是相當重要的一環，而且他也直接的影響到我們的生命財產安全，政府相當重視建築物的消防，制定了一系列的法律規範，希望能預防及減低火災所造成的傷害。建築消防近來與資訊通訊技術及智慧型建築的概念結合，使居家環境更安全、舒適及便利。透過網際網路，讓建築物的資訊不再是單向的傳輸，聯結起空間與使用人的關係，居家環境的消防設施在智慧化的應用之下，能夠更準確監視及控制，預防災害發生，保障我們的生命財產安全。救難單位亦能透過系統，掌握建築物現場狀況及救災所需相關資訊。本研究使用ER Model、MS SQ Fire prevention is an important issue for building construction.
