    Title: 智慧綠建築整合實踐之探討

    Abstract: 為因應節能減碳與永續環保趨勢，我國自民國88年即開始推動綠建築政策，歷年來已累積相當多的顯著成效。現今，正逢世界經濟發展局勢變遷之際，世界各國都在積極努力提升自己的全球發展定位，如何善用我國在既有綠建築及資通訊產業發展領先全球的優勢，進一步發揮國家優勢競爭力，以站上領先全球之舞台，為首要發展目標。本文藉由環境預測與問題評析，探討綠建築與智慧建築之意涵為基礎，進而整合智慧綠建築領域與面向，運用綠建築之規劃設計、手法及綠建材，且導入智慧建築之節能設備，達到減少能源的消耗，以實踐節能、低耗能、低環境衝擊之目標。
