Abstract:	軍事工程常因施工管理不善與潛在性的品質缺失問題存在，進而影響工程整體施工品質；因此如何發掘和防止這些常態性的品質問題，對其問題進行衡量、分析，並尋求可行的預防與改善建議，提升軍事工程品質實為之重要課題。本研究以查核的角度探討軍事工程施工中的常見缺失問題，以蒐集與統計近年來各單位之工程查核缺失，並以問卷調查的方式，彙集學者、專家、主管機關；主辦、監造單位；承攬廠商等三方面對於施工查核缺失問題預防與改善方式分析。並建議施工查核普遍性缺失問題，該從何預防或改善可獲得最佳效果；以提升軍事工程施工品質與改善單位 The overall quality of military construction tends to be influenced by improper construction management and the potential quality problems, thus, it is important to discover and prevent these common quality problems, measure and analyze the problems, and
