Abstract:	台灣地區自產能源缺乏，約有百分之九十六的能源須依賴進口，面對能源需求持續增加，節約能源相形重要。無塵室是一相當耗能的建物，如能做各項之節能措施，對總體的能源消耗定有很大的幫助。科技業為台灣在全球富有競爭力之產業，而無塵室為高科技產業必須之設備，該設備的良窊關係產業的競爭力及國家總體能源之耗用，故無塵室須是省能的設備，並須維持良好而穩定的環境，讓電子元件精密的生產過程能保持穩定的品質，維持良好之製程良率。本研究藉由探討無塵室節能之方法及效益之評估，包含使用採用冰水主機熱回收系統、潔淨室採用Cl Taiwan is lack of energy since approximately 96% of energy is imported from other countries.
