    Abstract: 新北大橋位於台北都會區新北市三重區64號快速道路上,沿三重堤防端至三重憲兵隊前至二重疏洪道堤防,長度為400公尺,為一單塔對稱傘型之鋼索斜張橋,箱梁包含人行道寬 為國內最長且最小長寬比之懸索橋。
    由於本橋具有最小長寬比,故斜張鋼索拉力端橋面之受力行為對整體橋梁安全即變成極為重要,但因此斜張鋼索外套管為HDPE無充填式外套管施工,且施工後即已全程封裝防護,以避免損害,故以一般現場振動檢測方式不易取得鋼索實際振動資料,而希望以長期監測方式,經由長期監測求得鋼索自然振動模態,並進而求取鋼索索力。
