    Abstract: 目前國內正發展智慧型建築產業，該產業包含建築業與資通訊業的結合，推動智慧型防火防災技術，對於提升建築物防火安全有其重要性。建築防火智慧化技術之內涵為建築物透過良好的資訊通信網路科技，結合自動化建築技術，將建物安全防火防災系統與中央監控系統作完整的連結與互動，獲得正確的資訊並掌握狀況的先機，發揮有效的動作，達到安全防(救)災之目的。本文蒐集國內外文獻，整理在早期偵測、逃生避難、自動滅火、消防救災、系統整合等五個模式之先進智慧型技術與應用。再透過專家學者與專業廠商訪談，掌握產業發展之現況，歸納未來研究與發展之
