    Abstract: 本研究使用透地雷達1GHz天線頻率擷取鋼筋混凝土內含單一及雙排鋼筋反射訊號，以透地雷達法結合合成聚焦技術處理，並運用數位編碼運算擷取各層之介電常數進而求取鋼筋反射訊號的能量、反射係數、能量寬帶、功率反射係數等物理特性進行鋼筋混凝土內鋼筋尺寸之定量判定，其研究結果顯示運用透地雷達法結合合成聚焦技術處理後，可成功提升成像圖之圖像解析度，並可準確定量判讀混凝土結構構件內之鋼筋尺寸。
