    Abstract: 市容的更新，除了建築物拆除重建外，透過整建維護的方式，是政府近年來大力推廣的政策，而建築物外牆的整建，除了可提升市容外，更可提高建物的價值。在都市中許多老舊社區的建築物，外觀除了老舊外，還有牆面破裂滲水，磁磚掉落等安全問題。然而，在外牆要進行整建時，常常面臨到許多的問題，以致於不知道該如何著手進行，本研究先從文獻的回顧，以及相關資料的蒐集，從外牆整建的不同階段來探討，先得到初步分析資料，做為評估的依據。
