    Abstract: 臺灣地區地狹人稠,人口密度高度集中且工商業活動頻繁,因此對於交通運輸需求相當大,尤其重要都會在人口高度集中下,如何快速將民眾輸運到目的地,就成為各地方政府主要課題,而捷運似乎就成為解決交通問題最主要也是最快速的辦法。
    目前捷運施工均以潛盾隧道與深開挖為主,然而當潛盾隧道或新建結構物接近既有建築物時,常因施工採行之對策無法有效減輕對既有設施產生外部擾動,故此時需採行既有結構物防護輔助工法,但由於地質條件、結構體狀況及相關施工條件等限制下,如何找到合宜之遮斷工法將是一項重大挑戰,本研究既以遮斷防護工法應用於捷
