Abstract:	近年來在政府文化建設委員會積極推動下，「閒置空間再利用」的相關課題已在各地方引起相當之關注，各地方部門無不努力發掘當地存在的閒置空間加以積極規劃、修繕並再利用，以活化當地地區之空間資源再利用的理念。決策者在對閒置空間再利用之各經營方式進行篩選及評估時須多方的考量以不斷的做決策與執行，以便從各替選方案中選擇出符合整體利益之最佳方案，但在經營方式的評選上並無一定的準則規範，使得經營方式的選擇上產生諸多爭議。根據上述，本研究針對公有閒置空間再利用經營方式選擇之問題加以探討。公有閒置空間再利用經營方式選擇的問題
