    Abstract: 近幾年，隨著都市快速的發展，高樓建築興建不斷，加上公園綠地面積減少，使得都市熱島效應日趨嚴重，也導致都市生態環境遭受破壞，因此如何有效實踐維護生態環境與緩和都市熱島現象成為永續發展的重要理念。本研究擬透過國內外有關屋頂綠化法規與推動政策之檢討與分析，配合國內專家之意見調查，再經由德爾菲問卷確立評估架構。
