    Abstract: 臺灣地區地狹人稠，人口密度高度集中且工商業活動頻繁，因此對於交通運輸需求相當大，尤其重要都會在人口高度集中下，如何快速將民眾輸運到目的地，就成為各地方政府主要課題，而捷運似乎就成為解決交通問題最主要也是最快速的辦法。
    由於對捷運需求日遽增加，故捷運路線也一直快速增加，然而在增加的同時也遭遇到捷運沿線均佈滿大量既有建物，所以當捷運工程施工時，通常需要保護沿線附近既有結構物之安全，及其工程完成後反受沿線新建物開發施工之影響，進而產生相互間複雜互制關係。
