    Abstract: 臺灣地區地狹人稠,人口密度高度集中且工商業活動頻繁,因此對於交通運輸需求相當大,尤其重要都會在人口高度集中下,如何快速將民眾輸運到目的地,就成為各地方政府主要課題,而捷運似乎就成為解決交通問題最主要也是最快速的辦法。
    由於對捷運需求日遽增加,故捷運路線也一直快速增加,然而在增加的同時也遭遇到捷運沿線均佈滿大量既有建物,所以當捷運工程施工時,通常需要保護沿線附近既有結構物之安全,及其工程完成後反受沿線新建物開發施工之影響,進而產生相互間複雜互制關係。
