Abstract:	營造商在規畫設計階段，對於開挖工程除依據詳實鑽探報告資料經過完整審慎的地質改良規劃設計及風險評估作業外，選擇一個合適安全的最佳地盤改良工法配套安全的地下室基礎擋土開挖工法，使其能夠安全、如期、如質的完成是工程最重要的目的與重點。本研究對於各種地下室開挖及擋土工法優缺點、開挖工法選擇之因子進行文獻分析，將可能影響地下室開挖及擋土工法選擇的因子以層級分析法進行兩兩比較，得知各因子間之比重，提出之工法差異與原因以驗證其評量表以提供基礎開挖及擋土工法之決策。 In order to improve the quality of life, urban development in metropolitan areas has gone towards the sky or under the ground.
