當今台灣綠建築於民宅發展較不普及，國內目前也無針對民宅發展綠建築之相關評估工具，加上國人對於使用綠建築手法上成本會巨增的錯誤觀念，如此對於國內綠建築政策在民間發展將造成阻礙。將現有相關綠建築使用於住宅相關研究資料，加以整理分析，經由整理彙整之結果，建立基本架構模型；再藉由對專家提出問卷，經統計分析整理其意見及修改，確立綠建築用於住宅之評估架構。 Today, the development of green architecture in Taiwan is less popular in residential buildings.
