Abstract:	隨著社會的急遽變遷與高度的都市化，永續發展與健康城市已成為都市發展與管理之全球性議題。欲將此議題之抽象概念能得以有效落實於實際發展，則必須能就其核心本質建立起具可操作性的行動準則。因此，建構良好生活環境以有效提昇生活品質、並強化城市競爭能力之核心價值首先需被釐清；對此，本研究嘗試提出生活城市(Life-City)之方向以資應對。而，由於影響都市生活本質之內容組成廣泛，其本質上係屬於多準則決策(multiple criteria decision making; MCDM)問題。因此，本研究先行針對都市環境 With rapid social changes and high urbanization, “sustainable development” and “Health City” have become global issues for urban development and management.
