    Abstract: 隨著時代的變遷，社會發展文明的進步，二十一世紀已是個以強調永續發展為基礎的時代；經過整個教育體制的改革，高等教育的普及化，大學院校除了專業知識的培養與傳授外，整體校園環境的規劃也成為必要發展之重點。在過去，校園環境著重於硬體校舍建築的工程執行，較欠缺環境發展與使用者互動整體考量，因此，為能促進使用者與校園環境的友善互動，達到以人為本的目的，本研究將援引用通用設計（universal design；UD）的概念，針對不同使用者，考量其於校園環境內生理與心裡層面上的反應與感受，整併於未來實質規劃設計中。本研究
