    Abstract: 高科技廠房之精密設備與儀器對於微振動十分敏感,因此一般對振動規格要求高的生產
    設備都需要安裝於減振基座上藉以消減微振動,促使微振動量符合振動標準並提高產品良
    率。以往廠房設計因未能掌握微振行為,乃至於廠房建築完成後再行現場檢測補強改善。由
    於被量測的訊號十分微弱,通過特定的感應器將訊號轉換為微電流或低電壓,再經由放大器
    放大其振幅,過程中同時放大並附加一些額外的雜訊。本研究以有限元素軟體SAP2000 模
    擬分析高科技廠房設備常用基座,分解實地接收微振訊號並加入自製的高斯常態分布訊號為
    雜訊重組為激振力,
