    Abstract: 隨著晶元元件之尺寸朝向微小化,使得晶元生產作業對環境微振動的要求亦趨為嚴苛。高科技廠房為了管線配置一般使用高架地板,而高架地板通常會使樓版的振動放大數倍。本研究將科技廠房中常見的背景振動現象,如搬運設備的行走、機械設備的馬達轉動、空調設備的運轉及人員的走動…等,以現場量測結果利用EEMD技術進行訊號分離,建立各振動源的訊號特性,再以MATLAB訊號處理程序,利用白噪訊號進行人工合成訊號的模擬生成,並與實測訊號比對。最後將人工合成訊號當背景振動訊號,作為SAP2000結構分析軟體的歷時輸入資料,進行基座振動
