Abstract:	本研究深入調查台灣北部海岸地區土地利用現況與社會經濟條件，建立海岸環境GIS資料庫及架構土地利用發展潛勢評估模式，藉由專家問卷運用層級分析法計算各指標權重，進而將本模式應用於分析與整合土地利用發展區位之潛勢。本研究成果獲得海岸地區土地利用發展潛勢與空間整合資訊，並針對區位發展潛勢提出建議，此結果可提供台灣海岸未來土地利用規劃與環境資源整合管理、保育之參考。 This study will intensively explore the current situation of land use and social economical conditions in Taiwan, using the various index of development opportunity and development restrictions, establishing GIS database system, and then apply this system
