    Abstract: 農村聚落係一複雜、抽象、深層的空間與社會結構構成，其豐富之綠色內涵，為建置低碳生態社區與農村再生之利基所在。農村饒具低碳生態社區之雛形，為「禮俗社會」之縮影，並在信仰、生活上因具有其相似性而呈現「機械團結」之組織形態；居民對所處環境演變轉向永續的認知，近年在生態社區與低碳議題發酵下，已漸成為公私領域論述地區發展之共識。本研究係以「農村聚落」、「生態社區」、「碳排放」、「綠營建」、「環境稅」等為主題，檢視聚落發展生態社區，可茲參採的低碳策略為主軸，以綠營建及環境稅為工具，藉由國內外期刊、論文、研究報告及書籍
