Abstract:	摘要台灣城鄉社區環境的營造為近年來備受重視的議題，然而即使政府部門逐年編列預算，持續推動許多軟硬體建設計畫，仍無法遏阻城鄉實質環境繼續惡化的現實。本研究主要在檢討公部門城鄉發展政策，釐清社區營造面臨的發展困境，其次分享過去五年的景觀專業課程教學經驗，說明本系師生如何利用景觀專業課程教學與橫向、縱向的課程整合，讓師生藉由相關課程的學習同時協助地方進行實質環境資源調查與規劃設計，並嘗試研提一個契合台灣實質環境現況且能與公私部門運作體制接軌的社區環境規劃操作模式。 The community building has become an important issue in Taiwan in recent years.
