Abstract:	河川與區域排水系統整治除了必須達到防洪、提供自然棲地等功能外，亦應具備景觀美質的效果，然而傳統的整治工程卻往往無法符合普羅大眾之景觀美質共識，因此，如何找出兼具防洪效果及景觀美質之工法即是本研究之目的。本研究以新竹市區域排水為研究對象，依據現有河川整治工法歸納出常見的八種型式，以駁崁磚護岸工法相片為參考，利用電腦模擬方式合成其它七種工法，據以設計編製問卷，並以網路問卷邀請一般民眾對於八種工法之相片予以評分，共得有效問卷400份，問卷結果以描述性統計分析探討受測者美質認知趨勢及工法偏好，並就八種工法以美質 The purpose of river remediation and regional drainage not only controls flood and provides ecological habitat, but also creates scenic beauty.
